You can set up kids profiles but those are soft controls and show-ratings determine what the profile can see.
The first problem though is that the PIN system is counterintuitive. Until recently Netflix parental controls were terrible. This way you can know exactly what shows your kids should be watching. You will be prompted for this PIN according to your current parental control maturity level.
